My Mother-in Law..

My mother-in-law is 93 and housebound and will not do as the carers say...She's causing us a lot of aggro....She lives in Lowestoft...Does anybody know of a good care home in Glasgow or possibly Cardiff..West Hartlepool would be considered...HELP...x
