Are you the kibnd of person that trys helping someone whereever you can even though it puts you out or do you now even try because of past experience of it going wrong. I do everything I can to help some people and sometimes I get no thanks whatsoever or even worse get flack for it not going the way they want. Its peeing me off.

I got a nasty email redcrx I;ve sent it to you. I am doing him no more favours. I did as much as I could sunday. I am always doing favours for him and I get no thanks at all just sh1t for days on end after until he realises he needs my help again.

I am certainly like that with my children and grandson and his mum 4get, i will always put their needs first, but of course there is very little demonstrative appreciation or thanks, but what goes arounf comes around because i know i did not thank my parents often enough for all the years of help and support they gave me without question or criticism.

I have a big parcel that he wanted me to send with chocs and papers. Do I not send it or send it to make him feel bad? I wish I could just switch off like most of you. but no matter who's in wrong I hate falling out with family and I get upset. I never reply nastily to emails I have simply said today that I dont need it and more imprtant things in life.

but i really will go out of my way to help others but have once or twice had it blown in my face so now im a bit more cautious
