I have a friend who is having the same problem with Talk Talk..............it's not you is it? Is John your real name? lol

Have you moved john or just signed on with talktalk. When I moved the first time AOL told me 28 days and I thought they would let me know but they didn't so waited the full 28 days. The second time I moved I just had to keep trying it every day and it was actually connected after 10 days.
