i am going to have fertility treatment and i 've been asked to hvae specific tests done on certain days of my cycle

What is meant by day 2 of my cycle for my period?

is that from my first day of my period or would it be counted from the last day?

Day 1 of your cycle is the day you start bleeding. So day 2 would be the second day into your period. Good Luck
