would it not be safe to say,that anyone taking part in ANY of these sort of competions in future,could be considered to be an idiot?
Please don't fob me off by saying that the TV companies have reformed their act,because I don't believe it,and will go on not believing it.
They will do it again,if they can get away with it.
Just like Premium Line Phone numbers,these sort of rigged rip offs should be stopped.

Spot on Mr V, they are sooo not funny, at a premium rate too, the Qs are ludicrous!

I would doubt very much that any of the free web entries are even counted. The whole point of these phone ins is to make money for the TV show.
I quite agree with you Mr Veritas but you have to ask who are the idiots ?, the people who enter the competitions
or the rest of us who pay the licence fee from which any fines will be paid from.

I am sorry another view,the date on the BBC News is incorrect,their server must be showing it wrongly.
The news strory is NOT out of date,as you will see if you lookat this from The Times.
