Incredimail
2 Answers
I have been using Incredimail as my email service for some years without any problems. Within the last week, every time I click on a link in an incoming email, a new internet page immediately opens. It is driving me crazy. Can anyone suggest how I can cure the problem, please? I have contacted Incredimail but I'll probably be lucky if they answer.

This is opposed to what? When you normally click on a web link in an email, isn't your browser meant to then open and attempt to display the weblink for you? Your question is a bit vague. What does the new internet page show? Does it display the link from the email, or is it an advert of some kind?
From what I have read, IncrediMail XE is an ad-supported program/service. Is this perhaps an amendment to their service whereby you will be shown a relevant advert when clicking on links?

Mobius, thanks for responding to my question. I obviously didn't make myself clear enough. For an example, I might purchase something on line and receive an email from the vendor telling me to click on a link in the email to open an invoice. When I click the link, immediately a new web page opens giving me the opportunity to surf the web. This is definitely NOT what I am trying to do, I want to click the link and open the invoice. It doesn't have anything to do with adverts. I hope this explains my problem more clearly.
