Last night I found myself watching Big Brother!! Now I want to find out what happens after the row about the cider and the secret housemates. How do I stop myself turning it on again?

I'm in the same boat londondave and need help.

 I even found myself checking the website this morning for the latest news after I read on here that kinga got kicked out, I vowed I would turn my nose up to it this year and bleated on about how ridiculous it was to sit and watch a bunch of wannabees.......but I just can't help it.

What is with kemal by the way? He is pretending to have a nervous breakdown because he thought Makosi was going to leave the house, it is so ridiculous it is addictive!

You've just got to give into it I'm afraid. I get so used to watching it at 10pm every night, that when it finishes I get withdrawl symptoms. They usually last a couple of weeks then I'm over it.

I have decided to go to the pub after Bad Girls for the last hour, I have to or I am doomed, Whatever will be next if I don't? Wife Swap/Holiday Swap. Aggrrrhhh.

Orla is def not my type, and that brunette girl, someone described her as "High Street" I just wanted to see a ruck with her and mosaki.

Honestly I get more enjoyment watching over the neighbours wall.
