freeview problems, need help!!!!!

I have just retuned my phillips tv freeview and it gives me all the channels however when i turn off the tv at the mains and switch the tv on i find that i can not access channel 5 or itv 3. Can anyone please help me out as i have retuned it on a number of occassions and it keeps happening and now i starting to get a little frustrated!!!! need help please!!

a friend of mine who works for Comet says this will happen with older digiboxes,mine for example !! how old is your tv?

The downside to freeview and something hushed under the carpet by them and the government. Remember this isn't the first time its happened.

The occasional upgrade will continue to render subsequent freeview boxes useless or as in this case part useless..

Get Sky or cable.

Apparently 460,000 people lost channel 5 when they did the retuning thing last Wednesday, and a sizeable number of people also now do not get ITV 3 or 4. Have a look here http://www.freeview.co.uk/_retuneinfo/
