I thought 'melts in your mouth and not in your hands' was M&M's
I believe it was Minstrals, because they had the hard crispy coating that 'melts in your mouth and not in your hand'
Melts in your mouth, Not in your hand was Treats surely. Originally in a yellow packet, these were name changed to Minstrels
