heavenbabe - I think it would be best to take your little girl along to your GP for further diagnosis. Good luck.
My 3 year old boy has exzma but e45 doesnt help it and some times I think it makes it a bit worse.  You should go to your gp like smudge says as you might need a stronger cream .

See a doctor. If it is ezcema should use hydrocortisone cream on bad areas, oilatum bath oil to moisturise the skin. E45 or diprobase cream should be good and dont use soap on her. It will make the area worst.

Good luck.

Do you mean individual spots or a rash with lots of spots altogether?  I wondered whether they might be insect bites. Do you have animals?

could it be chicken pox?loads of kids by me have got it.

it could be a virus, it could be exzema, my little boy as excema bad all over his body and he has ointment for his (pescribed) cos creams don't work on him, but i know in the past my little girl as had spots and its been viral, as your little girl been ill lately cos sometimes it comes out afterwards, if i was u, i would take her to the doctors and see what he says . it could also be a heat rash.
Ask your Dr about Metanium cream. My son had extremely bad nappy rash, bleeding sores etc and the only thing that worked was metanium. It feels like clay so I mixed it with vaseline to make it easier to apply. Within a couple of hours he'd be almost completely healed. It's available from the chemist to buy otc. Be warned, it will stain her clothes yellow, it will wash out but don't be surprised by the colour when you first see it.

It also works on heat rash etc.
