But saying that they originally told me March then put it back stating that they had to test lines.
Personally think its bad because if you cancel and rejoin you will get the higher speed at less costs but BT state you dont get all the other benefits..? Which are Yahoo Mail..big deal.
If you line can accept higher speeds then you should get an email soon (thats what I was told) .
Phone up 0800 800 060 and go through the choices. When you speak to someone ask when you will be upgraded. There is a chance if you ask, they might automatically upgrade you before the rest of the exchange.
Just to note....I didnt receive an e-mail and I was upgraded back in April. I dont auto-connect so it brings up my speed when I log-on the the internet.
