Fizzy drinks
Does any one know of or know where i can find a list of the different elements/compunds/molecules in different fizzy drinks?
Or any other scientific information about the molecules in fizzy drinks

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.The "fizz" in almost all fizzy drinks is carbon dioxide - the component recipies for the rest is generally a "closely guarded family recipe handed down....ya de ya" but comes under the flavourings on the side of the can, other components like glucose, Aspartamine etc are printed on the side.
Inciently I say Almost but the only exception I know of is Murphy's stout which has/had a different gas which I think is either nitrogen or a Nitrogen CO2 mix. Much to the frustration of many publicans.
