does having an out of date MOT invalidate your car insurance
I had a car accident and then when looking at my paperwork found out my car\'s MOT was 2 weeks out of date. The car was roadworthy and would have passed one just an oversight on my behalf. I was wondering if anyone would know how this would affect the insurance. No one was injured in the accident, there was one other car involved with very minor damage to its rear bumper, my car was written off and a barrier also got damaged.
