window overlooking my back garden.

at the bottom of my garden there are two windows facing on to my garden.they have been camouflaged by bushes and trees etchowever the neighbour wants to replace the windows whilst i would like them bricked up as they originally were.could you advise?

Try not to get into a dispute with your neighbour.
Go to the local council planning department, the windows may have been put in without permission,  if you can take a photo to show council, they will give you the correct advice.
