Talk Talk X Factor Light Dance Mini Ad Track ID Please

Can some nice person ID a track from the link please? The mini Talk Talk ad is halfway down the page. If you scroll down the page and play the clip of Kevin Cooper from Ireland a track is playing I have been trying to ID for about 2 years now and it's driving me mad...I tried googling the lyrics I thought I had but have found nothing. I've had a look at it, yet I'm confused. When I play the Kevin Cooper section there is a 4 second clip of the Talk Talk advert, however you mention lyrics in the OP yet there are none in the ad. Can you be a bit more specific? Maybe even tell us the lyrics?

I have heard this song before but iI think the lyrics i have are wrong ...I think it''s a band and a woman is singing something like 'get me on time'' and 'you can do it too'' from what I have heard...fon'y know if it helps....
