short break with 18mnth old

I am looking for a short break away (3nights) with my wife and 18mth old son. I am happy to look for a cottage/lodge/B&B in cumbria/northumberland/southern scotland and would appreciate any recommendations. Many thanks

I went away soem time ago with English Country Cottages.
Really nice cottage in Essex, near Southwold.

nice and safe, with all mod cons, inc stairgates for the littleuns, dvd player, well stocked bookshelf and a cupboard full of board games to play with the kids. Seemed some thought had gone into it.
Also had a fully fitted kitchen, iron, microwave etc, it really was a home from home, and the location, next to a farm was very peaceful and scenic.
