Its a temp residency order. Orders do not have a date as such to terminate them, everytime we go to court its another excuse, another excuse after two years and with another 6 months wait to go for no doubt yet another adjournement I need to do whats right for my children

this is a bit of a long document but there are phone numbers at the end you might find useful. I wish you all the best, Melanie.. but please don't just grab your kids or you could end up with the police on your doorstep, which would be distressing for all of you x
Melanie... Play the smart game. Make your inlaws think you haven't got a case and then they will not go to the next hearing prepared. Meanwhile, prepare for the next hearing by getting neighbours, friends, acquaintances, the SS, the childrens' school etc etc on your side. Get testimony from various sources that state the children are better off with you !!
Snatching the kids would have you on the run and all of you living in fear of the law.

Why not ask for visitation rights....am sure you could have that if only under 'human rights'. Ask the CAB to intervene to get this for you.
