Well, there isn't much of the morning left, but I thought I should pop my head in to say hello.

Good work on the limericks, The Doc is particularly on form today.

Have you all been following the Carter-Ruck/Guardian/Trafigura case this morning? It is stunning how a piece of news can be reported fortnightly in Private Eye but suddenly means something when Twitter picks it up!

For those that don't know The Guardian has been banned from reporting on parliamentary proceedings regarding the Trafigura case. Free speech has only been guaranteed since the 1688 Bill of Rights after all... http://bit.ly/3xpYhC

well the fact of the matter is that the management owe us nothing and can remove us all if they want to, most of us only contribute to CB rather than answering Qs so they would not miss us, the site would still function.

I can understand pasta's frustration yes, but I think she may be putting her own membership at risk by continuing to argue fruitlessly. The Ed doesnt seem to want to know, we have been through it with him a lot. time to let it go, he wont change his mind.

Cazzzz...my argument had nothing to do with the Eds decisions on banning...only the ability -or not-to voice opinions on here.
And before the Ed says this is becoming boring...I am simply responding to several remarks than I felt needed clarification.

I know pasta, I can understand, fact is though it is a private site owned by a company, they have the right to refuse access to anyone without having to give a reason.
