A dad can't work out why his baby son keeps crying. Worried he takes the tot to the doctor. the doctor undoes the babys nappy and finds that it is full. '' Your baby needs changing ! '' he explains. '' Already ? '' the dad replies. '' The back of the nappy packet says they're good for up to 10lbs !''
