How Do I change the Deeds of proprty into my name?

My father passed away and left me some property. I have now got probate so where do i start with putting the deeds into my name? thanks

If there is a mortgage on the property apply to the lender who will insist upon doing all of the work (yours and theirs). If there is no mortgage, phone your local District Land Registry Office who will guide you through the (simple) process and advise you of fees. Note that deeds have been done away with and it is only the Register entry at the Land Registry which counts now. If the property is currently not registered then you will now have to register it jointly with the name change.
Your probate solicitor will probably do it easier and quicker
