..................this Saturday to watch my daughter play in the final of the British Brass Band Championships. They're playing for the actual trophy as seen in the film Brassed Off, a trophy that I have held. It's huge. And a lovely trophy. She is playing for Hepworth Band, from Yorkshire. They had to finish in front of Grimethorpe as well as Brighouse to get there. I don't think they expect to win because Black Dyke are playing as well. So if you're from that part of the world, wish them luck!
