We recently bought a memory foam topped sprung mattress and have not had a good nights sleep since. I always had neck and arm problems at night, but since the new mattress we both have this problem and my OH has hardly slept. I'm thinking of changing the pillows but don't want to throw good money after bad and as pensioners cannot afford to go 'trial by error'
Memory foam pillows are so expensive, especially if they prove to be unsuitable.
Any suggestions please?

We have a Sensafoam bed, but I also used to suffer from neck problems so I have tried countless different sorts of neck pillow until I finally found one that does the trick! I have two, one at home and one in our caravan. When I bought them the company that made them was called Puttnams, and I found them on the internet. They may have changed their name, but try entering Puttnams and see what happens. The pillow looks peculiar because it is shaped and moulded, but it is very comfortable. Hope this helps!
