Windows Vista Updates

I am having much trouble in installing this months vista updates. All but five have installed, but the remaining few will not. Has anybody had the same problem and have they a solution to the problem? By the way, I am running the Home Premium version of Vista. Thank you for any help.

This week so far I've had 16 Updates which installed OK. However, the Updates on the 9th and 13th respectively neede 3 goes before I could install. The Automatic Update on 3rd of this Month Failed completely, so I think it is a connectivity issue with Microsoft Server.
