There have been numerous cases of children being abused and some have died as a consequent, where were the police then?
But let a two year old pick up a stick and touch a car, and hey! they are there on the job to sort things out.
Marvellous you couldn't make it up.

If the paintwork was damaged by this child, is it just tough luck for the owner of the property? Isn't it better to teach the child at at early age what is wrong.
In child abuse cases such as Baby P, the police were frequent visitors to Baby P's home. The fact that they did nothing and let the child down badly is another story.
