im sick of speaking to someone in india everytime i want to call my bank - which bank or building society has call centres that are in the uk and which ones can you call your local branch direct for anything ??? thanks

I am sorry to say that bad quality assurance has completely s++ewed the outsourced call centre system.
And it could have been so different for everyone

Try Royal Bank of Scotland - not the best run as it went bankrupt last year along with the rest of the money-grubbers. Has the least complaints apparently
