i thought one part of it was not as healthy for you i thought it was the yolk as it had too much fat or something in it! And that if you ate the other bit it was alot better for you!
They do seem to have changed there mind a bit about eggs recently saying the yolk isn't as bad as first thought...
Also in health mags and fitness Internet sites the yolk can help you lose weight only 1 yolk a day.
No Body is stupid enough to just eat an egg yolk i meant part of a calorie controlled diet.....

That's because you are believing what you read and see in the papers...
I don't believe much what i read and the pic,s i see in the papers i see a couple of TV stars in the gym and all i can say there not that thin in the gym but are in the papers..

The egg yolk is designed to provide all the neutrient needed by the chick as it develops in the albumen (which is like embriotic fluid and protects the chick.
As the chick grows the yolk will be used up as will most of the fluid, then the chick will chovell it's way out....
