We are still discovering oil and developing technologies to access known but previously inaccessible oil reserves - as such there is no definitive list but outside the middle eats there are believed to be substandtial deposits in the Gulf of Mexico, former Soviet Union (Azerbaijan and the 'stans), Bolivia and the like - we will run out eventually but probably not in our lifetime say 100 years or so.
Supply will continue to meet demand as long as demand is controlled by price which is fixed by OPEC - nothing like a war to give an excuse for putting up the price of crude oil.
