I would like to take advantage of the above,but I get the feeling that to get the 30 day free trial you have to give them your Credit Card details?
Also if you do,how easy(and when) is it to cancel?

Is tax payable when cashing in With Profits policies?

You do have to give them your credit card details, but if you cancel quickly no money will be taken out. I've done it without problem.
I cancelled after 7 days.
