Good morning everyone - and thank you Elspeth, for the kind thoughts. I have to go in tomorrow for a swine flu shot and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will have no nasty reactions - but better to be safe than sorry, I guess.

Well, Kate did one of her "curly ones" this week and nobody picked it, so we're only scoring on three and quite lightly on them as well - I'm sad to see the 'honey badger' didn't get a guernsey from Kate, but there were lots of variations for all the word links which turned out to be -

Stream Line
Hand Bell
Lemon Curd - yummy !!
Honey Comb - equally !!

It will come as no surprise to know I have a sweet tooth !!
Needless to say, Hand Bell was the odd one out and only one very astute person, taking time out from her MM duties managed to gather 6 points for herself, with three correct matches and that of course was CHRISTIANA - well done !!!

Seven of our intrepid group predicted 2 of the correst matches and picked up 3 points and they were
LONDON-LASSY, PAULINEWARD, ECCLES, MRS O, JOOLS, CLEOCIMA & SEEKEERZ, while a further 20 entrants added a further point to their tally.

So Congratulations to all the above and I'll now post this and follow with the Leader Board....S

Glad to see you on the scoreboard, grannydi !!! Some months are like that - you feel like your head is somewhere else, I know, I haven't managed a point on MM this time, so I'm not on Christiana's wave length at all.

Re the swine flu - they're throwing them around like confetti here - mothers and babies into the lifeboats first, sort of, then health workers and then anyone else who wants one and drs are advising patients to have them.
So far, we've had about 26 deaths in South Oz alone, but most of them had underlying medical problems.

sounds like a gasket problem Steff. A quick rub down with an oily rag and you'll be fine. Mind you, sounds like it might be a good idea to have your sweet tooth extracted ~ then you can be miserable, like me!! xx :0)

Well done the scorers. Nothing for me on either game. I blame this laptop with its silly finger pad - I'm sure it will be fine when I get home to my friendly little mouse!
