Why is it whenever I eat any sort of Chinese food straight afterwards I get a right craving for chocolate�.???

Possibly the food additive Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) which is used in a lot of Chinese food. I know it can effect some people such as triggering cravings etc. I have an intollerance to it & it gives me funny tastes in my mouth & headaches.

You're lucky it's just Chinese... I seem to get chocolate cravings after eating anything! : )
