I am been prosecuted for alleged commom assault that happen at work. The company carried out a full investigation and statements were taken from all parties that show explicitely that no assault took place yet the BTP are prosecuting me for commom assault with only statement taken from myself and the alleage victim and his witness. The statements that the alleage victim and his witness gave to the police and the company are contradictory
Can I use the statements from the company's investigation to prove that the two people are lying during the case in the magistrate court.
