Recently when dealing with a computer problem, I have been asked to 'Print Screen' and send the photo to tech support.
I have pressed the 'Print Screen' button, but the only software I have that will accept a 'pasted' photo is some 10 year old shareware called QV. The results are very grainy. Any ideas where else I can paste the photo, or is there better shareware out there somewhere?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the Gadwin print screen, it works fine.
Can't seem to find Paint anywhere on the computer. Does it come with Windows XP? Can I download it from Microsoft?
I have been using this one - freeware - and am very happy with it: http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/downloads/2170938 /screenshot-captor
