Any job should be attained on merit alone, end of! Descrimination helps no one, and there is no such thing as "positive" descriminatrion.

Diabolical. Quite simply jobs should be given to those best suited to do them regardless. I don't care if we have 100% male government or 100% women government, or all black, all gay, all anything - as long as they get their positions on merit and do their jobs well.
