Better to download something like Irfanview...a very versatile free graphics program which can be set to save a shot each time you press the "hotkey" of your choice..........Google for it and you will be amazed how good free programs can be....commoner

In powerpoint, just right click and then save-as.
If you need to get pics from a .pps presentation, as opposed to a .ppt presentation (look at the file name, it's the last 3 letters) which doesn't allow this, simply save the presentation again, this time changing the .pps to .ppt, and hey presto - an editable, savable presentation.
Use the button "Pr Scrn" on keyboard, without minimizing what u wanna capture then press it. U should goto MS Powerpoint and Press CTRL+V…
U could also try PCHand Screen Capture. It could help u capture anything on the screen, it offers seven capture modes and several output types including Powerpoint. U can get the screenshot into the powerpoint directly. It provides a build-in editor with which u can edit and save the captured images. Im using it, it is easy to use, even for a Novice. …Hope it could help u!
