Been learning cash office for a week now and its been stressful today.

At the moment I take a long time to finish the cash office procedure but I feel a bit under pressure to do it quicker and quicker.

Anyone done cash office before? How long did it take you when you were learning and how long did it take you once you had been there a while?

Don't worry, it will become routine before you realise it. Accuracy should come first, don't try to cut corners. Have a routine and stick to it, that way you won't miss anything, but things will snag you up, just follow the procedures and don't waver. Come the audit you'll have it down to an art!

lol you on the right thread yogi?

i agree with dot, karma take it easy and do it right, that's more inportant than speed, in time as you get used to it you'll build up speed. i'd rather someone took the time and got it right, rather than make a mistake then we have to spend half a day trying to track it down!
lol.... twat!!
