Hi Just wondering if anyone can help!

I've booked a weekend in London and I'm having parking ussues! The hotel I have booked (Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3NN) doesn't have a car park and there is one opposite the hotel which costs 27 per day! Ahhh!

I'm wondering if anyone knows anywhere else near to the hotel as poss where I can park - that wont cost that much?

Thanks

Central London is never cheap, though at least on a Sunday you might find single yellow lines you can park on (you'd need to check with the hotel to find out if this does in fact apply). Otherwise, could you park further away and catch the tube? I'm aware that travelling by tube suddenly doesn't seem like such an attractive idea, and anyway the Central and Piccadilly lines may not be functioning by then; but it might be worth a thought.
Don't take a car into London.  In spite of yesterday's events the only way to travel for convenience and price is by public transport.  Buses, trains, tube, DLR, river boats and taxis are all you need.
Have a great weekend.
Have a look here for a convenient car park on the Underground.  They are mostly 1.50 a day on weekdays, 2 on Saturdays and free on Sundays.  Don't worry about recent events - that was yesterday.
