i often have to travel on very bendy dark country lanes, but i sometimes get someone driving right up behind me wanting to speed...they believe this will make me speed up for some reason...do people not realise that all this does is dazzle my 3 mirrors, meaning i cant see a thing - so i will slow down...(also i will slow for spite too hehe)

but why do people do this?? do you do this? if so, are you unaware you make basically rendering me blind to the road ahead and therefore i cannot speed up anyway...??

again just curious

thanks

yes...but i shouldnt have to...that is my point...and it also dazzles the side mirrors...or should i reach out an adjust both of those too??...just because turds like you think you own the road??

and craft...apology accepted, but where exactly am i being juvenile?
i am just posing a question - just out of curiosity - which as you can see has happened to others on here...
and if you are referring to me admitting i will deliberately slow down for spite...well yes i do, because it pisses me off and i want them to realise that this sort of behaviour doesnt work...and since when has that only been allowed for juveniles?

i rather think it is you that is the juvenile, with your silly comment....
Question Author
hehe rob
so i will slow down...(also i will slow for spite too hehe)
then when they pass i cathc up with them an do the same with my highbeams...hoping to annoy and educate at the same time haha

have you gone postal?
''seriously, how are you not bored of this drivel too?''

What happened to Drivel? Haven't seen him for a while...
2 ways to cure these idiots joko, put a High Vis jacket in or on the rear parcel shelf, as said, slow down, but take a bit of safety advice do not act the goat with rear end drivers, once they pass you the results can be fatefull,
In the spirit of actually answering the question, I look for a pull-off and let them go by. Much less annoying for both of us that way.

I always pull over if a 'boy racer' of any age drives up behind me slowing down from 50mph in a 30 or 40 limit, I pull over and then pull out to follow them and nearly always catch them up at the next lights, having stuck to the speedlimit whilst they have probably risked a fine or ticket and think themselves so bloody clever!

joko I knwo what you mean about the glare, and those euro type blue lights are the worst!!!
