I loved "Up"! I'm still quoting from it... people don't really get the reference though.

My favorite though has to be The Incredbles, although both Toy Storys are high on my list.

"Up" is great..........we all loved it, especially our two youngest cubs.

Did you see it in 3D or normal?

Old time favourite classic disney for me is "Jungle Book".............and the family do love "The Incredibles" and Toy Story 1 and 2................theyre looking forward to the third one out next summer..................here's the trailer and thanks for answering EveEd.......................

Hi Yogi-

Nice to speak to you too!

Didn't see it in 3D... we saw Monsters Vs Aliens in 3D and weren't impressed, so I didn't spend the extra money on the 3D version for UP.

Honestly, I love all the Disney movies but I favor the Pixar ones. I even have some obscure Pixar video shorts.

That being said, I have the original version of "The Bare Necessities" on my MP3 player... the music in the Jungle Book was just the best.

:-)

Agree with you, Eve Ed...........................3D not too great, so we saw it on normal, but largest screen 1.

The Pixar short before the film started, "Partly Cloudy" was very funny too. :0)

Good for you :0)

Hi sara.........you should go, sweetheart.....it's very good. x
all been downhill since Snow White. But Aladdin wasn't too bad. And I enjoyed Lilo and Stitch.
I wanted to go last week but had some flu type thingy. So took reluctant hubby yesterday to an afternoon showing. I thought the half term kids would either spoil it or enhance it. They were quite quiet but their reactions to some of it kind of added to the enjoyment. One kids response to 'what's going to happen to me?' was a very clear and loud 'you're going to jail!' to a few giggles around the cinema.

My first 3D outing and expected a few more 'out of the screen' parts, mainly because I saw a 'trade' demonstration of the new 3D a few years ago and it knocked my socks off! Go see tho, one and all.
I first saw 3D in the sixties with the cardboard specs. In those days 3D was a gimmick and the films were made to emphasise bits sticking out of the screen. The new 3D tends to give the film greater depth,i e the picture goes back into the screen rather than coming forward.personally I think the new system is far more realistic.
