fancy bra straps

I saw a girl wearing an open backed top (similar to the shape of this: http://asos.com/images/inv/E/8/48/86480/Pink/image1l.jpg )
But she had a really fancy bra strap across her back (not shoulder straps) � kind of like a chain with beads etc.

Has anyone seen these anywhere (on the net or high st?) or know where I could get one? I've not seen them in the usual places

The second one is the kind of thing i'm looking for, is that bra always halterneck though or is there a way of converting it do you know?
