Thanks Mr Veritas. I think you could be right. I worded the question as it was on the quiz sheet so I only had that to go on. I'm not a great opera fan and was stuck on this question in the quiz.

Glad to be of help.
I think the plot in the opera is a woman (with breasts) who becomes a man,and still has breasts (for a while).
I am a bit of an Opera buff,so if it's not this one let me know and I will search further.
BTW.The Poulenc opera is rather too modern for my taste,even though it's supposed to be a comedy!
