Adverts are designed to stick in your mind, and that's clearly what this one has done. I personally don't care for them.

Looks like her but she's altered from her appearances in the Maltesers adverts.

I don't even know what the product is, as I switch over as soon as it comes on. no, tell a lie I've just spotted it in the question. But on principle, I will never go on their site. I did the same for the Iggy Pop ad, and even emailed that company to tell them that this would be one non-customer..

Re jackthehat's query, I think it's Emma Morgan-Jones and not Joy Brook. A Go Compare website seems to confirm this.
