My laptop has crashed steve the HD has gone

Bag the HD and freeze it for a few days. Connect to another pc using external drive cradle and usb cable. You might be able to rescue data.

Thanks tg but Ive got a 3 yr extended warranty I've got someone coming on Tuesday to put a new one in there's nothing on it that I am desperate to save but thanks for the tip. Bobbi
