wife beater claims hes a visitm
8 Answers
My hubby has beaten me on a regular basis for over 10 years and it came to a head in jan 2007 when it turns out hed been having an affair with one of his clients (hes a rape and abuse counsellor) when upto that point he had managed to beat me with no witnesses and this time not only did he break my wrist by throwing me against the stairs then following me up the stairs continuing with the hitting, into the bedroom where i received the wardrobe, the tv and tv unit, bedside tables and a hifi thrown at me all in from of my 16 year old son,
I have since escaped away from him and becasue he doenst know where i am hes been reporting me for harassment and the police have called me on the phone to warn me of my harssments, it now has escalated in the fact 2 of his clients have come forward claiming sexual sessions with him when they should have been getting help for thier own domestic violence, and he his now living with another one of his abused clients to put the cherry on the cake he has walked into a police station and claimed ive sexually assaulted him and now the police are looking at questioning me over it ive explained that hes saying this becasue his clients have complained and it also turns out he was assaulting my children over the last few years too so with all hes facing hes now claiming this i dont know what to do ive avoided the police as they dont know where i live ive done nothing to my husband but im sick with the fear that my address will become public and then his torture will start all over again any help or advice on who to see or what to do is gratefully welcome,

You are losing precious time focussing on him -start rebuilding your life.It will be difficult but worth it in the end.
Remember -'what goes around comes around' so just get on with your life and sure as day follows night he will come a cropper.
Good luck.

why has my nickname on here made anyless of wht im going through, and yes the only form of contact my husband had for me wass my mobile number and as ive changed it a number of times and he still gets it there is no point anymore paying £10.00 a time to change it and yes the police only have the number ive met them when he claimed id harassed him at a public place, and ive moved on as best i can but as he has lost all power over me hes claiming charges that he actually inflicted on me
the only way he is getting yopur mobile number is because you are texting him and you cannot withhold your number with a text. you can get free sim cards with 02 and orange, put £10 in the 02 and then select the favourite place add on and you can ring landlines and other 02 numbers free from your home postcode. you should have had him arrested when he threw the entire contents of your bedroom at you and your son, who is not a kid, should have thrown his dad out.
gud thing that you left him. he can say what he wants to the police, they try and get proof and he'll luk the dumb ass when no one will stick up for him, and he beat you in front of your son, im sure your son will testify against him, after all at 16 he is a young adult and saw what happened. Also its best to get legal advice and a good lawyers backing, preferably a reputable lawyer who has dealt with this kinda thing before.dont worry, worse things have happened, u could be dead, u got out and thats the main thing, keep your chin up and keep fighting until you get justice and he gets locked up!!!hate men like that, dirty prat having sex with other woman, and saying you harrass him, they'd need to know how you harrass him, they check phone records etc,
I sympathise with you for the pain and suffering that you have experienced at the hands of your ex, but men like this like to bully and control their women and from what your saying he is still doing it. I believe you have a duty to women in general to report your domestic abuse to the police. Most have domestic violence units who will take your complaint seriously. They will have your account, evidence from your son and anyone who you confided with when the abuse was going on, you might have old medical records for injuries, and even if he is not prosecuted the police will have your testament of what type of man he is and if any other women get abused by him they will have your experience on record to refer to. You will also find that by telling someone about your experiences will help you to heal. Dont be a victim for the rest of your life.
