Prison Phone Calls

Are prisoner on remand phone calls recorded and if so can they be used as evidence, just do not want my son talking to friends on the outside on what happened.

I sincerely hope they are. This should help prevent lags running their crimes from inside.

Not everyone does, only if police or the screws are trying to build a case against them or gather up evidence, Though a lot of prisoners has mobile phones inside know, (Smuggled in )

we just provided him with a private solicitor who advised him not to talk to anyone and we expect bail shortly, so much better private the solicitor is excellent compared to the scroungers duty one, he is such a good boy

Sounds a good boy too if he is locked up inside. I would hate to meet him if he ever goes off the rails.
