does anybody hate the go compare advert for car insuance, It is the most stupid advert on the tv.

My rottweilers hate it - for some reason, one of them starts howling like crazy at it as soon as he starts singing, and that starts the other dog off too, so eventhough they don't like it, its good for me as they drown out the noise of his singing - result

Another view is right. The most annoying adverts tend to stick in your mind more.

However I make it a personal policy not to buy when an advert irritates.

I hate this ad I go straight for the mute button on the remote there are now three different ads all with thsame tune,

I frequently object to an ad, and go for the mute. More often than not, I won't remember what's being advertised,even if I did remember the ad. And I agree with panic button - there's no way I'll buy anything via the compare ad, on principle. And if Jordan was advertising my favourite beer, I'd just buy a different brand. No problem.
