i have slim legs, smallish butt and narrow hips, but carry a lot of weight around my waist and stomach, i have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week now for 3 weeks and seem to be losing more weight from my hips and below where i can't afford to lose it from, but the weight does'nt seem to be going from my waist up, cant understand it.

The last place I needed to lose weight was my boobs and guess what the first to go on my body was! :-/ Currently I want tops of thights and my stomach to catch up with the rest of my body and rather than lots of cardio I'm using more weights... Changes your body shape and gives you definition and toning which always looks better. Try weights.
