I've never eaten out, but if the food was that bad then yes, I would. If you've paid good money then you expect a certain level of competence.

Yep. Bought a CD player from Currys that skipped CD's I was trying to play. They told me to take in the CD's I'd been playing as the shop CD's were scratched to hell and would still play. I declined. Can't remember what happened to it.

Depends on who is doing the hassling and how many there are.

Don't know. Have challenged people when being short-changed though. Happened in Morrison's the other day. 2 Corned Beef Pasties @ £0.55 magically came to £1.50. Wrong person to try and con, Jason.

1) Say something without causing a scene.

2) Take it back and ask for replacement or refund..

3) Would help them out.

4) Would not bother me unless it was notes!

5) Ask them to stand at the back or behind me
