Publisher ruler.

Can I set the ruler in Publisher so that it is always set in inches, rather than centimetres, every time I create a document?

I know how to change it in each individual document, but when I open a new one, it has defaulted back to centimetres.

If I've read this correctly

Publisher takes its default settings from Windows. Therefore you need to go via the Windows Control Panel. (The information in the link is about setting the default to metric units but I assume that the same method will work for selecting imperial measurements as the default).
