I keep getting a Anti virus pop -up security window which states something about `HTML/Crypted Gen` and I have to decide what to do with several suggestions and I am at a complete loss. Do I allow, ignore, quarentine, etc, .....what? I dunno!!!! Please advise, tia.
Hi Rollo, thanks for the link, but I`m afraid I am still no nearer to knowing what to do. I just ain`t had the training. Gardening is my subject not IT expertise. I know many latin names of flowers etc, but this is all mumbo-junbo to me.
Quarantine it. If it is happening on a web site you use regularly and are sure is safe, chances are you can safely ignore it. The message is just telling you that a java or similar script wants to run and that it is encrypted. Because all or part of the script is encrypted, it could contain malicious code, which is why you are being warned and given the chance to prevent it from running.
