bmw cd changer

ive had 2 cd changers in my car, both had the same problem, 6 months apart!!, get message on head unit "no discs" and cartridge will no longer eject, as if no power, any ideas why? wiring is ok

sounds like the pins in the back of your head unit for the DIN plug could be damaged failing that its the head unit its self
